Another Eden Begins DLC Character Packs and Season Pass
Ten optional allies in five volumes — Vol. 1–2 and the Season Pass go on sale with the 17 September launch.
Another Eden Begins ships with nineteen playable names. Optional DLC adds ten more. Wright Flyer Studios and Studio Prisma announced five Character Packs of two allies each, plus a Season Pass that bundles all five cheaper than buying them one by one. This is paid extra content for the premium campaign. It is not a gacha banner and it does not replace the serial codes that go into the original mobile game.
The full game launches 17 September 2026. Character Pack Vol. 1, Character Pack Vol. 2, and the Season Pass go on sale that same day. Volumes 3–5 are scheduled later in 2026. Until a store page lists a western dollar price, treat the yen figures below as the published Japan list.
The five volumes
Official English names, two characters per pack:
| Pack | Characters | On sale |
|---|---|---|
| Vol. 1 | Thillelille and Tiramisu | 17 September 2026 |
| Vol. 2 | Elseal and Benedict | 17 September 2026 |
| Vol. 3 | Aoife and Wenefica | later in 2026 |
| Vol. 4 | Claude and Isuka | later in 2026 |
| Vol. 5 | Ashtear and Victor | later in 2026 |
Japanese press copy adds two mechanical rules that matter more than the art:
- Each pack includes two playable characters and a dedicated quest for each.
- Recruiting them requires the main game, progress to a stated story point, and clearing that character’s encounter quest. Buying the pack does not drop them into the party on the title screen.
Japan list price per pack is 1,000 yen including tax. Five packs bought separately would be 5,000 yen. The Season Pass is 4,500 yen including tax and covers Vol. 1–5. Volumes 3–5 unlock for download when those packs actually ship; the pass is a bundle, not a promise that Vol. 5 is playable on day one.
Benedict also appears in some original-game lists as a present-era ally. In Begins he is sold as DLC Vol. 2, not as one of the nineteen boxed names. Do not assume a mobile kit, Grasta board, or star rating carries over. See Begins versus the original and the DLC roster.
How this changes a first play
You can finish the campaign on the nineteen-person box. DLC is optional. If you plan to buy Vol. 1–2 on launch day, still play the demo first: demo saves transfer story progress and character stats, and encounter quests for paid allies sit after a story gate the six-chapter trial will not open.
Party shape does not change. You still want an attacker, a supporter, and a healer in the command window. A DLC sword or lance is another body for that shape, not a new combat system. Keep combat and party building as the rules, and treat the tier list as a preview until launch-week kits are public.
Tokyo Game Show 2026
The same August announcement put Studio Prisma at Tokyo Game Show 2026, 17–21 September, with a playable demo at the booth and giveaways for visitors who play it. Opening day of the show is the same calendar day as the digital launch. A TGS demo is not a substitute for the save-transfer file you already have on Switch or Steam.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is the DLC required to finish the story?
No. The boxed campaign has 19 playable characters. Packs are optional extras with their own encounter quests.
When can I buy Vol. 1 and Vol. 2?
They go on sale 17 September 2026 with the full game, alongside the Season Pass. See editions for platform SKUs.
Does the Season Pass include Vol. 3–5 on day one?
No. Those packs are scheduled later in 2026. The pass lets you download them when they ship.
Do I redeem DLC with serial codes?
No. Character Packs are store DLC for Begins. Serial codes are gifts for the original Cat Beyond Time and Space client.
Where are the ten names listed in one place?
On the DLC roster, separate from the boxed companions.
